The candidate is responsible for the overall management of the organization's premises, including buildings, grounds, and equipment and also ensures that the organization's premises are safe, secure, and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a premises management plan that meets the needs of the organization
Ensure that the organization's premises are safe, secure, and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations
Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment
Oversee the Janitorial staff
Respond to and resolve maintenance and operations issues
Represent the organization to all visitors at the front desk and guide them
Be up-to-date on the latest trends in premises management
G.C.E Advanced level and job related qualification
Prior experience in premises management
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Proven ability to manage a team
Strong time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Meticulous attention to detail
Living in or in close proximity to Rajagiriya would be advantageous
